These guidelines will help you protect and preserve your Modulr spaces for years to come.

 General Care

• Avoid excessive moisture or water exposure on panels, cabinets, and shutters.

• Use soft, damp microfiber cloths for regular cleaning. Avoid scrubbing with steel wool or abrasive pads.

• Do not expose modular surfaces to direct heat sources like open flames or very hot vessels.

• Close drawers and shutters gently. Do not slam or force them beyond their intended range.

 Cleaning Products to Use

 Recommended:

• Mild soap solutions

• Diluted vinegar or gentle surface cleaners

• Microfiber cloths or soft cotton rags

• Harsh chemicals, acetone, or ammonia-based solutions

• Bleach, strong detergents, or acidic liquids

• Oil-based polishes or wax-based sprays

🚿 Moisture & Water Protection

• Ensure the sink area, especially under the basin cabinet, is dry and well-ventilated.

• Wipe off any spills or standing water immediately to avoid swelling, delamination, or fungal growth.

• Do not use wet mops on cabinetry or modular furniture. Dry mops or vacuums are recommended around base areas.

💡 Electrical & Lighting Care

• Do not overload plug points or extension boxes installed in modular spaces.

• Use a dry cloth to clean switchboards, LED channels, or strip lights. Avoid direct spray of liquids.

• Report any electrical malfunction immediately to a certified electrician or contact our support team.

🪵 Engineered Wood & Finish Maintenance

• Avoid dragging heavy items on surfaces to prevent scratches.

• Use protective pads under decorative items, vases, or electronics.

• Do not hang heavy items from cabinet doors, handles, or hinges.

• Maintain ambient humidity indoors to reduce wood expansion or contraction.

🍳 Kitchen-Specific Guidelines

• Always use a chimney while cooking to prevent grease accumulation on shutters.

• Avoid cutting or chopping directly on countertops; always use cutting boards.

• Do not place hot pans or tavas directly on countertops; use heat-resistant trivets.

• Keep sink plumbing regularly checked to prevent water seepage into cabinetry.

🛋️ Upholstery & Soft Furnishing Care

• Vacuum upholstered furniture weekly to remove dust.

• In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean dry cloth—do not rub.

• Rotate cushions periodically to ensure even wear and prolong fabric life.

• Do not use the furniture for unintended purposes (e.g., standing or climbing).

• Ensure pest control is carried out periodically, especially in storage-heavy zones.

• If you live in a high-humidity or coastal region, consider using a dehumidifier or silica gel pouches inside storage units.
